    For people who:

    Are new to strength training

    Want to incorporate smart, thoughtful, deliberate strength training

    Although this class will entail doing work, it is not a workout class or boot camp. It is designed to support strengthening and injury prevention, especially of strengthening is new to you or you would like to start with a good foundation. This program will help strengthen you and gain mobility in specific ways for athletics as an adult. Expect some individualization for specific conditions and goals. Initially this program will be capped at 3 people per session.

    The strength program is structured like a “team lift”, where each participant follows their individual strength sheet in the presence of others. Follow your own program with the benefit of the motivation and energy of others.

    New athletes: To determine if class is the correct fit, or if rehabilitation would be beneficial beforehand, participation requires an individual consultation. This is $50 and can be scheduled below.

    Each group meets 1x/week for 6 weeks

    Class Starting on the week of November 3. It skips Thanksgiving week. Class can be missed, but not the first or second weeks.

    Wednesdays 4:00pm

    Fridays 9:30am

    *You may be able to attend a different section in a given week.

    Class Cost: $300 includes resources for foam rolling, stretching, an individualized strength program and email communication with Sarah. This also includes consultation meeting for new clients.
