“Sarah is simply in a class of her own: She is so well educated, innovative, curious, and she totally gets me! I came in to see Sarah with mid and lower back pain about 18 months ago. Her ability to ask pertinent questions, design exercises exclusively for my issues and her excellent guidance and patience is what makes me look forward to our time each week. Plus I have had life changing results! I love to do all kinds of activities and it seems I always have some injury. When the back issues resolved I then experienced plantar fasciitis (for the third time) plus a recurring shoulder injury from years or competitive swimming. With patience and thoughtfulness Sarah‘s approach has been to assess my movement patterns to see how improved balance and better posture can help eliminate my chronic injures. With Sarah’s guidance and encouragement I feel like I can continue to do the things I love to do!”

“I started seeing Sarah after sustaining an ankle injury in the spring that added to a history of ankle problems, and our focus initially was on healing that injury. On top of the manual work Sarah did, we focused on mobility and strengthening, and under Sarah’s guidance, I was able to continue with my college strength and conditioning plan despite being injured. Once my ankle was healed, Sarah continued to work with me to specialize my workouts for soccer, with an emphasis on agility work, explosiveness, and injury prevention. Soon after returning from my ankle injury, I sustained a concussion, so we worked to mediate future concussions by practicing better landings and training the muscle memory for a safe fall. I truly don’t know where I would be without Sarah’s help this summer: the transition to high-level college athletics has felt nearly seamless, thanks to the work we did together. I am infinitely grateful to have had the opportunity to work with such a kind, thoughtful, and incredibly knowledgeable person and athletic trainer!”

“When I first met Sarah, I had lingering left posterior tibial tendonitis, a cranky left hip, and a tight left shoulder. We had two initial goals: to eliminate the asymmetry in my movement due to these nagging injuries, and for me to successfully train for and run a half-marathon injury-free. I'm proud to share I ran a blissfully pain-free and strong half-marathon in June 2021 and have made enormous progress toward more symmetrical movement patterns. I feel stronger, more pliable, and game for any challenge she sends my way. Sarah's personalized, thoughtful approach to my movement challenges has made a huge difference in how I feel and thrive in my daily workouts -- I could not be more grateful!”

“I went to Sarah with a persistent running injury that I was having a hard time recovering from. Sarah was a total lifesaver! She was kind and calm and met me where I was at. Her approach was highly individualized, clear, and thorough. Thanks to her I’m feeling much better and am able to run again!”
