This is a bridge class during the holiday seasons. People who participated in The Durable Athlete, Nordic Preseason and Alpine Skiing Preseason in Nov-Dec 2025 are invited. If you are interested but did not participate in these classes, please email me.

Sign up for one section or several. Each class is $50. At least two people are needed to run the class. Sarah will confirm with 24 hours notice. The groups are capped at three people.
